1. Seller
These terms apply to purchases and services provided by GOLDENSIO SL, La Oliva, Fuerteventura, Espana, NIF B72723364. Contact: info@goldensio.com.
2. Product and service
RomeoBlack sells shirts with a unique QR code. After purchase, a QR serial is generated for each shirt. The QR owner may claim it, set a destination URL, edit it later and view scan statistics.
The fluo variant is shown as sold out until a validated production workflow is available. Mockups are illustrative; final print placement and color may vary within normal print-on-demand tolerances.
3. Orders and payment
Prices include the product and standard shipping where stated. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
If a payment fails or is flagged as fraudulent, we may cancel or hold the order. Bulk discounts apply according to the quantity rules displayed at checkout.
4. Customer content and QR links
You are responsible for destination URLs and optional front text. You must not use RomeoBlack for illegal, abusive, misleading, hateful, infringing, malware, phishing, adult exploitation or privacy-invasive content.
We may suspend a QR redirect, account or order if it violates these terms, law, provider rules or platform safety requirements.
5. Accounts and access
You must keep login credentials secure. Google login and Drive connection are optional and require your consent. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our proven fault.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep QR redirects available, but internet services, hosting, domains, providers and maintenance may cause downtime. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct foreseeable losses and excludes indirect loss, lost profit or reputational damage. Consumer statutory rights are not limited.
