1. Available rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
2. How to request
Email info@goldensio.com with the subject “Data rights request”. Include the email used on RomeoBlack and enough information to identify the QR/order/account.
3. Verification and timing
We may request identity verification. We aim to respond within one month unless the request is complex or numerous, in which case the period may be extended as allowed by GDPR.
4. Limits
Some data may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, accounting or legal claims even after deletion of the account or QR profile.
