1. Print-on-demand production
RomeoBlack products are produced on demand after payment. Each QR shirt may include a unique serial QR and optional customized front text.
2. Shipping
Shipping times depend on region, product availability and the selected print provider. USA and Europe may use different fulfillment partners to reduce delivery time and cross-border shipping.
3. Cancellations
Contact info@goldensio.com as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
4. Returns and withdrawal
EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. However, products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt where applicable law allows. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced products remain covered by statutory rights.
5. Problems with an order
Email photos, order number and description to info@goldensio.com within a reasonable time. We may offer replacement, repair, refund or another solution depending on the issue and legal rights.
